About the programme.

This programme is specifically designed for the Asian community and can be delivered in Punjabi, Hindi or Urdu. Whether you are an Asian bride looking to lose weight for your big day or you just simply want to look good and feel healthy, this programme is ideal for you. My aim is to help you to change old habits with food and build in new habits ensuring that you lose weight and keep it off long term.

​ I will use my coaching skills to give you the tools to be a healthy, slim new you. I can use hypnotherapy as part of the programme, but this is optional.
What you get:
  • 6 coaching sessions over a 6 week period. Hypnotherapy is optional.
  • Daily personalised 1:1 text messaging support and SOS service to ensure you are completely focused and on track. I can also have a telephone or skype chat with you daily if you prefer not to text.
  • An Asian exclusive menu plan using the 80/20 rule so that you can lose weight without experiencing a rigid diet.
  • Weekly motivational tools given so that you are enthused to lose weight
  • You will receive personalised audios to motivate you along the way. This is optional.
  • Plus you will receive access to my secret weight loss hub on Facebook offering you continued support.
