I am a qualified and highly experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist. I work with people from all walks of life. I have helped many people who have struggled with weight, phobias, anxiety, pain, stop smoking, confidence building, finding lost items through hypnosis and many more.

As a hypnotherapist my priority is to make you feel at ease, listen to you and discuss the ways in which I can help you to overcome any problems or conditions. All conversations are treated in the strictest professional confidence.

I offer online hypnotherapy sessions via zoom so that you can stay in the comfort of your own home. My online work has grown extensively and I have a large international client base. It is no different to being with me in person. Online sessions are carried out via Zoom or Skype. All you need is a good internet connection.

Slim and Spicy

After writing a chapter in the Hypnotherapy Experts by Ann Jaloba, I published my début book Slim and Spicy which is available to purchase on amazon. Furthermore I am a Board Advisor and a resident expert blogger for the the Association of Weight Loss Hypnotherapists. I have appeared on BBC Radio Leicester and I was recently named in Hello Magazine Online as one of the best top 10 Weight Loss Hypnotherapists in the UK. I trained extensively with Steve Miller from the popular TV series Fat Families.
